My fiancee has just introduced me to the products of this company. Specifically, strawberry jam and pickles (ogórki konserwowy). 20PLN for sth that that would otherwise cost 10PLN together.

They have a long tradition, does anybody else here know them?

No, they don't have a long tradition. They are a department of Alma and were set up 18 months ago or so, but have been designed to look as though they've been around a while. Their products are made for them by various mass producers around Poland, and although the quality is pretty good, very little is really hand made.

Is it good? I mean worth it?

It looks very well.
It's a good idea to properly display and sell some of Poland's finer foods.
Although they need to do the translation, it is not operational yet.

Poland has £owicz for jam and numerous good pickle producers. It's worth it as a one-off.

Does anyone know where I can buy Kredens products in the US? Or do you know of any internet sites that may sell their products?

I'm not sure. There may well be a branch in Chicago. It's quite a local name so you may be unlucky in your search. Still, good luck :)

Their website says that the company was incorporated on 15 May 2007 so yes, they're not entirely truthful n their marketing!

It's a brand owned by a small chain of upmarket Polish supermarkets, and they only sell in Pland and are not online (yet). The US has heinous requirements for imported food anyway and I'd be really surprised if any of the smaller producers that Krakowski Kredens uses to manufacture their products would comply.

Check post 5 above, inkrakow. Wroc³aw posted a link. Not truthful in their marketing, I find that hard to believe why they'd risk that and lay themselves open to having a bad reputation.
