Has anyone been to a traditional Polish restaurant called Polakowski in Krakow?

I have been to Krakow a few times and I love going to this restaurant to eat. A Polish friend of mine recommended it to me. It is real Polish food, great soups, great selections and very reasonable prices. The food tastes great and the staff are very friendly and dressed in traditional Polish clothes (I think). It is always so busy with lots of Polish and some foreigner customers. The staff will give you a taste of some of the soups so you can decide what to get. There is a menu in English also. There are lots of fresh vegetables on display in the restaurant and outside.

Does anyone know anything about history of this restaurant or family that runs it? It looks like a family business to me. I wonder if they grow all their own vegetables.
