Hello. I had a Polish Hot Chocolate at a cafê yesterday. It was very thick, very delicious. I have been trying to find a recipe of the Internet but it's not as easy to find as I thought it would be. Can someone please help me out with the recipe. Thank you.

hot chocolate is not that popular in Poland actually
though there are many people who would love it just don't know it
I myself actually don't know how to make it myself (unless you consider those ready-to-make powders chocolate as well)
you just happened to be a guest to a good cafe with staff who know their trade

Dzien Dobry!,
I'm looking for the same thing. I went to Krakow last summer and had a cup of hot chocolate so thick the spoon would almost stand up in it!!! It was amazing, and I want to make some myself!.

This is called Drinking Chocolate in U.S. stores. One company making this is called Bellaggio and they call it sipping chocolate. It is generally thicker than hot chocolate.

!Dziekuje!, I'll have to see if any local stores have it! This is irrelevant to hot chocolate, but does anyone know what the green sauce that comes with pizza in Poland is? Is it an extra thin/liquidy pesto sauce? My Polish host family couldn't find the right English words to describe it.

Buy a bar of 60% coco or higher and use 60% of it. You know, you're average Wedel bar or something like that.
You gotta put about a cup of boiling water over it so you can melt that fcuker before you put it in with the rest of the shyt.
What's that other shyt?
Well hold on sonny, cause I ain't gonna give up the goods that easy. But you'll need about half a cup of sugar, yeah that's what i said, half a mother fckin cup!
You'll also need 1.5 litres of milk, and not that carton long life shyt either- get it from either a) a cow you may have handy or b) a bottle.
Ok, so you've milked your cow and are bringing the milk to a preboiled state, aka just before boiling- ohhhh yeah, tease the shyt outta that milk but don't let it boil or you'll fcuk it all up.
Put in the sugar, the milk and half a teaspoon of nutmeg and half a teaspoon of cinnamon.
You'll finally have to add in some vanilla- that's your motherfcukin business man, use it as you will.
Whip that shyt up and then serve with cinnamon sticks and enjoy the FCUK outta that motherfcukin hot CHOC-O-LATE.
Peace!
