Hi I am new here. This looks like a wonderful place. I am in the US in Ct and live near some wonderful polish meat packing places. Geat head cheese, keilbasa and the babka at Christmas is out of this world.

I bought some Przecier Ogórkowy last night at the deli and I was wondering what to do with it? Uses - Recipes?

try this recipe, looks good to me
instead of gherkins and "liquid from the jar" use your przecier ogorkowy :)
celery root (the person meant celeriac), use celery if can't get celeriac :)
