Prażonki. Yes that's it.
Here is a recipe for Prażonki:
4 pounds potatoes
18 oz. sausage
8 oz. bacon
16 oz. onion
8 cabbage leaves
1.5 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

1. Peel and boil potatoes. Slice them. Slice the sausage. Slice the onion then cut in half. Dice the bacon. Divide into 3 portions.
2. Rub the bottoms and sides of a big pot with bacon and spread 5 cabbage leaves inside. On the bottom put one portion of the potatoes, pepper, sausage, onions and bacon. Pat it all down. Repeat the same with the two remaining portions. Add the salt and pepper. Cover the top with 3 cabbage leaves. Put in oven for 50-55 min. at 400.
3. When done, take off and discard the top leaves and serve from the pot.

Traditional prażonki are done in a fire covered very tightly with rocks to hold it down. Then it is served on cabbage leaves.

1. have almost cooked potatoes
2. get rid of the majority of water but you need to leave some ta the bottom of the pot
3. add 3-4 spoons of flower and let it cook for another 5 to 10 minutes
4. get rid of allthe water and smash the potatoes with the flower (ugniesc je nalezy razem z maka)]
5. on the plate and on top you can add some fried smoked bacon with onion

prazonki is really good stuff!!
not very well known around poland, should be cooked in a pot on a fire outside and served with maslankja or kefyr.
