Depending on the context, there is also the word kochanie, which comes from the verb kochać meaning to love.

Michal:
kochanie

'Kochanie' in its most common version means 'Honey', 'Baby' etc

Indeed...quite a tough question from the original poster without knowing what kind of context they want to use it in.

Thank you for all your effort everyone. To be more clear about the context, I am trying to say that I love him, but not in love with him. I hope that helps. Thank you.

"love him, but not in love with him" - dificult to translate to Polish. "Kochać" is very close to 'in love'.

Word "love" is overused here because if you love someone then it suggests you are in love with the person.
I'd rather say something like:
Bardzo Cię lubię ale nie jestem w Tobie zakochana.
Means: I like you very much but I'm not in love with you.
Or
Uwielbiam Cię ale nie jestem w Tobie zakochana.
Means : I adore you but I'm not in love with you.
