'co ty robisz najlepszego?'

ok, so i like, thought i was fluent in polish but i recently was reading a book and i can't for the life of me think of what would be the appropriate english translation for this phrase "Co ty tutaj najlepszego robisz?". and it was in a book translated from english INTO polish- so there has to be some sort of english equivalent. it's not really that important but its one of those things thats nagging at me and won't let me sleep.. so if anyone has any ideas please answer! thanks :-)

Depends on what context.
In the a/s sentence najlepszego is used as an idiom and can mean "what on earth/hell"....or something similar

thanks, i suppose its true you would never say "co ty na swiecie robisz?". so that makes sense!
