I am confused over the spelling of the word 'bless', or is it different with usage?

Boze Pobłogosławi Nasz Dom
God bless our home.

Niech Was(Cie) Bóg błogosławi
May God bless you.

Dziękuję

In Polish version here, should be "Pobłogosław"

it's just Bless you. God bless you is something a priest would say in church.

Wasn't that from the time of the black death, when a symptom of the plague was sneezing?.

In Polish they say, to your health when you sneeze.

This is what I know, if you sneezes, no one didn't says: God Bless You. That mean someone wishes you death. I don't know what they mean by that.

There are lot of people who says it to me. I alway tell them Thank You. Other don't.

It's common to say : "bless you" when someone sneezes and in Poland in such situation the common saying is "na zdrowie" (to your health).

Noone wishes you death by saying "bless you" which in Polish means "pobłogosław jej/jemu"

To understand why the verbs endings are different you must learn Polish gramma regarding verbs. It's all about declension by grammatical cases and plus other factors like gender of the noun, tenses.
