Hello everyone, I'm getting a tattoo soon and I am trying to find an accurate translation for a phrase.

A son's heart is owed to mother.

But, dude.. it DOES sound way better in English
Also my translation might be fully taken for a religious one, although I did not intend it so to be.

what do you mean by religious? I know it sounds better in english, but a lot of the polish speaking people in my family are dying off and this phrase is something that my great gramma used to say to me when i was too little to remember. No one in my family could remember the polish translation, but they knew what it was in english. I guess its just my way of hanging on to my heritage

we don't use capital letter in word mother when it's in the middle of sentence... it isn't correct.
