It is used as a rhyming word in poems for children fi:
Tere mere fiku miku piszę drogi pamiętniku.

......... I'm writing, dear diary. ( diary treated as a person here )
Various toddler shops and toy shops may have "fiku miku" in their name..

But I was watching a Polish translation of 'The League of Gentlemen', and Pauline said 'Fiku miku, ges na nocniku' as a translation of 'Okey kokey pig in a pokey'. Can I use it as 'OK'?

That wasn't the best translation then.
They replaced one childish rhyme with another... but the polish one does not say "OK".
It's just a childish rhyme.

Say, I am letting you do something.
And get "Okey kokey pig in a pokey" in response - i will treat that as OK.

But when you'll give me "Fiku miku, ges na nocniku" - you really messing with me and do not really want to start that job. As you wanted to play in the playground...

Most of you guys can only direct your mind in just two categories: sex or logic, if you can't make any logic out of language, then of course it's a clear code for sex. :D

"fitku- mitku" is childish, but it DOES NOT mean a girl wants to have sex (unless a couple invents their personal language code). When a girl talks childish then it means that she had been spending too much time with children and became too habituated in communicating at their level, so she needs a break. :D

Paulie was using this figure of speech to indicate that it's potty time for her. :)

It doesn't mean a girl WANTS to have sex but it's a slang for the word "sex". Just like for instance "bara bara" or "figo fago" ; )

I dunno what drivel are you on about. Anyways I said the former because somebody already mentioned the "sexual" meaning. But after some stirring by you I thought it's a good idea to straight up few things because you could have misled other learners, therefore I added some more information about "FIKU MIKU".

Polish ppl - have you EVER heard that somebody who want to have sex with you use "fiku miku"?! (jak już to "bara bara" ewentualnie : P) i used to say "fiku miku" when i was a little child and if some guy tell me that he wants "fiku miku" with me I would laugh at his face!

Yes I did, and it doesn't have anything to do with somebody wanting a sexual intercourse - it's just another word for sex, and in a quite jokingly manner. In the same way "some guy" doesn't call you "a pumpkin pie". It's a cute word used by people who ascended onto another level of intimacy - think before you post.

You can use "Dobra bobra" as OK.
I've catched that phrase as a child.

[beaver good (??)] is affirmative.

Hmm I know that in "Spoko oko" - oko comes from "okej" or english ok.. does that make sense to you? Although I might be wrong on that.. maybe there are more versions : )
