help - this could mean yes or no - i dont know which!!!

Hi, could someone help me translate this message. I asked my friend to come to a party with me, and don't know if he is saying yes but he doesn't have a suit to wear, or no because he doesn't have a suit to wear!?? Dzinsy czapka uszatka sandalki jezuski z ocieplanym paskiem na paluszki zeby nie zmarzly bo jest zima. Ok! Musimy byc w kontakcie. Zeby uzgodnic co I jak I kiedy. Mam nadzieje, ze nikt zazdrosny nie bedzie chcial dostac lanai albo nie przyszykowalas mi dziwnej niespodzianki ….6 kolezanek ja sam-jakies pejcze itp. Nie dam rady!'

He’s saying yes, he’s just being humorous about it. As for the photo – I’m a bit embarrassed?! I’ll find one that’s not as recent. Lately everything seems to have shrunk so it’s hard to find anything that will fit. As for us going out! Why not! We’re not talking about black tie, I don’t own a suit! Casual – no problem. Pair of jeans, Hunting Cap (the one that’s fur lined and has ear flaps), Jesus sandals with a fur lined toe tips so your toes don’t freeze, its winter after all. Ok! We have to keep in touch so we can discuss details. I hope that someone who might be the jealous type won’t be there and he's not looking for a fight or you have not planed something more sinister….6 of your girlfriends, me alone, some whips etc. I won’t be able to manage that!
