Help translate an old diary?

I have an old diary from my great grandfather that is written in Polish and English. It's kind of hard to read, but the Polish seems to be written neater than the English. Its about 21 small pages long, if written in size 12 font it would probably be less than a page. From what I understand, its mostly about World War One in the American Army.

The whole thing is scanned and is less than 20MB in size. I really don't want to post the scans in public on the forum, so if your a willing native speaker just let me know if you want to do it. I am willing to pay via PayPal.

You could type sections on this thread and we could translate it for you.

Or you could try Translatica, it is not fantastic but it is free.

Let us know how you get on, it sounds like it could be very interesting.

I can't type it because its written to where only a fluent speaker can recognize the words because of the hand writing. And some of the words I do try to machine translate don't come up with a result.

Ok after about a month the original person who was translating has dropped off the planet and I have no word from them.
