haha who told you that (is this a comment under some photo?) :D? the sentence is made from rpg games when you get equipments with some points :D like +10 to strenght :D:D

lans in slang means someone who use some expensive clothes, car (etc..) to attract attention but in many cases it isn't his own stuff (like taking picture with a brand new mercedes)

i hope i explained :)

no not really - the comment is not offensive or malicious - maybe a bit ironic but that's it - anyway it's simply a funny comment

It simply means that someone was making fun of you. Stop showing off from now on :)

Not necessarily. It's more like a joke, popular among Role playing table top games players, although the "+10 to something" thing slowly crawls out from it's comfy nerd nest ; )

I'd say a good translation would be "+10 to bling bling".

It might be, but on the other hand it shows some disapproval....

not necessarily either :) can be simply making fun for the sake of fun - but you know this is kind of say ambigous - can mean lot's of things - but most probably simply not malicious - ironic yes probably but not sarcastic (or only a little bit ;) - rather amicable I'd say

I think Poles often like to be like this - ambiguous - not straightforward - if is often a source of fun for me ;)
