My Polish Mother gave me a picture with a Polish phrase on it, she is not well and could not tell me exactly what it said so I do not know the meaning. Can anyone please translate this phrase?!?
"Matko Nieustajacej Pomocy, modl sie za nami."

Literally it is along the lines of:

'Mother of ceaseless help, pray for us'

I am not a church-goer myself so maybe someone can give you a better translation...

Thank you very much for the quick response! That does gives me some clarity that it is a religious prayer
