Need help with old document translation

I have an 1894 document which is typed (thank goodness!), but none of the words that I can read will translate using the online translator. I say "words that I can read" because there are many letters which look "Russian" - like backward N and R and some others that sort of defy description. I have attached a scan of part of the document. I know that the person who had this document was born in 1894, but I do not know what country - we had always assumed Sweden because his wife was Swedish. But it is possible he was not Swedish. They married in New Jersey in 1935 and eventually wound up living in Memphis, Tennessee.

Can we see the document. I would certainly be able to say in which language it was written.

Where is this document then? If it is Russian I will be able, no doubt, to tell you even what it says.

This is Polishforums? If the document is not Polish, then find somewhere else to get it translated.

And if it relates to Poland... then what ?

And if it relates to Poland... then what ?

But does it? We need to actually see it.
