Need help translating/finding out what this means?... pedoraz

That was the message that someone on eBay sent to me after I sent this message:

"I just wanted to make sure that you read my entire description of the item and specifically that I do not ship outside of the U.S."

I was hoping that someone can help me. I received a message from somebody I do not know. It is broken english with a word that i think is polish. If some one could please help me and let me know in better english what this says I would appreciate it. Here is the exact quote: "Why? Looks like a mis-spelling of 'paederast'.

Thank you for your quick responses. I tried to translate "paederast" but I had no luck finding an english translation. What does that word mean? Also, given the context of the message, is there a better way to "say" whatever it is that he is trying to say to me? This might also help; the persons eBay name is "knyazkiria". Does anybody know what that name means? Is it obvious if it is a male or female etc. The reason I am asking is because i do not know what this person is trying to say to me. Especially the part about the "russian mafia". Is this person threatening me or trying to make a joke?? Thank you for your help. Edit: Ok instead of searching for the translation of paederast; I searched for the definition and it came up as meaning "A man that has sex with a boy". Is that a "swear/curse/cuss word?...Or is it "name calling"??

'kniaz' is a 'prince' originally it's Russian; we didn't have 'kniaz' in Poland. We had 'ksiaze' (prince) Kiria/Kiryl is a Russian name

We had 'ksiaze' (prince) Kiria/Kiryl is a Russian name Just spoke to my Ukrainian lodger who says that 'kiria' is probably not from the given name Kiryl/Kirill, but is just made up. And that princess (wife not daughter of a prince) would be kniazna. No clue as to gender from the kiria part. Kyria is close to the Greek word for lord though.

He/she probably wanted to write: - Why? (which refers to your shipping in the US only) -I'm just talk to you-pedoraz - which could read: I'm just trying to have a conversation with you - pederast (of course it's not nice to be called "pederast") - ...and get to search you Russian mafia which could say: and to get some info about you, the Russian mafia "knyazkiria" for me it looks like "knyaz kiria"- "Prince Kiria" (looks like Russian girl's name but you never know, it could be a boy as well ). A princess would be knyaginya and a daughter of knyaz is called knyazhna knyaz- (prince/duke) in Polish is książę First of all, you should report the person to the ebay team . They will close his/her account and it won't be easy for the person to open a new account again.
