I'm not an expert either, but I have never seen a combination of these letters in Polish words or grammar so far.

The word doesn't look Polish to me.

Maybe you meant "bourgy"...

http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=bourgy

...which, not being a Polish word, can be pronounced as bhoo-shee which
sounds a little bit like Polish "buzi" (it can mean "kiss" as in "dać komu¶ buzi"
meaning "give someone a kiss").

Just guessing...

Well, it doesn't sound Polish. In what context did you hear it?

There's that old joke about a foreign tourist in Poland asking about
words "piezdo" and "zorcy" which he heard pronounced in a sentence:

"Pies dozorcy mnie pogryzł"

We might be dealing with a similar situation here :)

Well, it's about the accent and how different words can be misheard.

The point is that, unless you give us a sentence or an overall context
in which you heard the word, we won't be able to help you.

it's like someone foreign would be asking you what the words: thejan and ogbit meant, coming from this sentence:

The janitor's dog bit me.

not knowing the grammar and vocabulary and just picking out what they could hear. hope i made it clear enough ;)

I think pourgy means burżuj - someone shamelessly rich.
