A good acquaintance. Definitely not girlfriend. Unfortunately. Dobra koleźanka would be good friend. Przyaciołka closer still. -od razu wszystko byś chciała wiedzieć = something like "you'd want to know right away" -to teraz nazywa siędobra znajoma = seems like "now I call you a good acquaintance".
