An opiekun in the sense of an adult accompanying a juvenile excursion group: chaperone, guardian, guide, counsellor, something else?
How about opiekun roku (prof in charge of a uni class)?

In the first case 'chaperone' works for me.

In the second I'd go with "Class counsellor" or "Class adviser" or even "Class academic adviser".

opiekun (again)

tłumacz-opiekun?
Someone accompanying a foreign excusion group or delegation, not only interpreting the local lingo, but showing them round, attending to their needs, etc.
Somehow counsellor or guardian does not seem to fit?! Maybe guide? But that would be przewodnik, wouldn't it?

Yes
- Group/delegation guide (przewodnik) with adding/or not and interpreter (tłumacz)
- Group/delegation assistant
