PARTIA and STRONNICTWO = PARTY

Polish has got two words for political party -- partia and stronnictwo.
At present here is a Stronnictwo Demokratyczne (Olechowski, Piskorski, etc. ) and a Partia Demokratyczna (Frasyniuk, Onyszkiewicz & Co.) in Poland -- totally unrelated entities. How would we translate their names into English to avoid confusion?

I think You should add the name of a leader group/party.

Partia is a foreign borrowing. In the 18th century, they would only use "stronnictwo" as in "Stronnictwo Patriotyczne" in the times of king Stanislas August Poniatowski.

If I were you I would use Democratic Wing ( like a winger for political supporter) for Stronnictwo Demokratyczne and Democratic Party for Partia Demokratyczna. But to make sure it is the right meaning I would email SD with enquiry about their opinion on this translation... pace of mind, you know.

Just got something on my mind. What if Stronnictwo Demokratyczne SD is Centric Democtaric Party and Paria Demokratyczna PD is Social Liberal Democratic Party?
