Piesek Giry or Giry Piesek?

I was arguing with my Polish friend yesterday and she said this to me:
I think it was either

Piesek Giry

or

Giry Piesek

What does this mean? Is this supposed to be an insult? I looked it up on Google Translate and it says it means Doggie Trotters or Dog Trotters but that doesn't make much sense. Can someone explain it to me and also what the context would normally be when you use this phrase as an insult?

Thank you.

The duck must be a Polish animal, because it always goes tak, tak, tak.
German saying

It's not common, that insult

Sweets:
Piesek Giry

or

Giry Piesek

Maybe instead of "Giry" she said " zdziry" ?
"Zdzira" ("zdzi" sounds similar to ""gi") is used to describe a woman, similar to "slut", "bitch"

If she said "piesek zdziry" it'll makes sense and means: "slut's doggie".

Otherwise , "piesek giry" doesn't make sense. If "Gira" is a woman's name (such name is unknown in Poland), it'll be "Gira's doggie".
"Giry",plural of "gira" means feet/legs
piesek - doggie
