Hello,

I have recently found my Great-Grandfather's grave, after looking for several years. I found it at a Catholic cemetery near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, U.S.A.
Can someone please tell me what it reads?
The inscription says: Tu Spoczywa Marian Fabiszewski
Prosy o Zdrowas Marya
I have attached a pic also.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Tu Spoczywa Marian Fabiszewski = Here lies the body of Marian Fabiszewski
Prosy o Zdrowas Marya (this one is a little bit tricky, it should be "Prosi o", most likely or "Prosimy o", if it's the family or "PoĽba o") in any case it means He asks for payer "Hail Mary".
You’re welcome.

I think the first line is Here is buried (Here lies) Marian Fabiszewski. Can't work out the second line but the last two words seem to be Hail Maria (Hail Mary?).

Prosi o Zdrowa¶ Maria/Maryja in the meaning "he/she [the late] asks for Hail Mary" used to be a typical inscription on graves in Poland. I think it is not any longer, though you may not exclude it on a modern grave.
