POPRAWKA & NOWELA?

Polish legalese distinguishes between a poprawka to a law or constitution and a nowela. Both are changes or modifications -- the poprawka being a more permanent amendment and the nowela a kind of update. But dictionaries translate both as a poprawka. Anyone know of any other equivalent esp. of nowela.

well nowela is just another way to say update... nothin more... if they got some law made for... i dont knwo atm lol :P i mean they making nowela 's to older laws to make them able to implementation in newdays, alot of polish regulations/administrative regulations was made/wrote many yr ago so alot of them are dead , means u cant use em atm...

btw i belive Nowela in eng its just novelization
