Re Baptism english to Polish Translation

Hello
Could someone help me with a language text translation.
I embroider Baby Bibs for Baptism and I am looking to embroider a Polish design.
My English bibs say the Name then in the centre say Christening Day and then the Date.
Please can anyone tell me the correct translation for the words Christening Day or let me know of an appropriate phrase.

Christening Day - Dzień Chrztu
Date - Data

I looked up a basic translation for christeng day on google translator and it gave me
Chrzest Dni .
So is Dzień Chrztu a more correct way of writing this?

Yes, translating tools give you a rough idea but are never very accurate and rarely grammatically correct.
