Sejm, Seym, Diet, lower house of parliament?

All the above have been used in English-language historical accounts and media reports on Poland. I persoanlly prefer Sejm and, if necessary, explain at first reference that it si the lwoer chamebr or hoseu of Pol;and's bicameral parliament. Not only big countries like Germany have Anglos calling their parliament the Bundestag, but even in reference to postage-stamp-sized countries such as Israel we repeatedly see the term Knesset used.
