when talking about money the phrase kręcić biznes/interes comes to mind, which basically means to do businesss. you can ask someone Jak się kręci (twój) biznes/interes? which means How's your business doing?

Out of context the first thing that comes to mind is "take a turn" (when travelling, but not playing a game, or speaking in a group)

It can also mean:

"roll up" as in rolling up cigs.
"to break" or "to twist" as breaking one's neck/ankle"
"hold/put together" by means of a bolt or screw
"to cause something to be bent/twisted"

simply like skręć na lewo or skręć na prawo-turn left or right. It is in the perfective case.
