http://translate.google.com/translate_t#en|pl|Remember%0A%0ARemember%2 0those%20who%20have%20died

Remember - Pamiętać

Remember those who have died - Pamiętaj, którzy zginęli

- HOWEVER -

http://translate.google.com/translate_t#pl|en|Pami%C4%99ta%C4%87%0A%0A %0APami%C4%99taj%2C%20kt%C3%B3rzy%20zgin%C4%99li

Pamiętać - Remember

Pamiętaj, którzy zginęli - Remember, who died

Important I think to get the context correct, this is from Google translation which wont convert context :) and i when i put the EN to PL i get one and that PL back to EN - I got a different result...

Im sure there is some able PL native speaker here who could help you.
Though I don't know why, I wouldn't get a tatto in a language that was not my own for fear of getting it wrong :) that's just me.

These will sound strange in Polish and may be too long for tatoo. Why don't you leave it as is?

"never give up" - nigdy się nie poddawaj
"the tide will turn" - no idea, someone else
"when there is no struggle, there is no strength" - walka nas umacnia or kiedy nie ma trudu nie ma też siły

Shortened to fit tattoo better:

"never give up" - "Nie poddawaj się"
"the tide will turn" - "Los się odmieni" ( The fate will turn)
"when there is no struggle, there is no strength" - "Walka nas umacnia" (Fighting gives us strenght), "Trud nas umacnia" or "Trud nas wzmacnia" (Struggle/Hardship gives us strenght)

Although translations like “Pamiętaj tych którzy zginęli” “Pamiętaj o tych którzy odeszli” are technically correct they would specifically be used in a proper content. Each one has a specific meaning to it.
For example if you use:
“Pamiętaj tych którzy zginęli” Remember these who have died (in some kind of an accident ie. A car accident)
“Pamiętaj o tych którzy odeszli” Remember these who have died (It doesn't matter what the circumstances were ie. Our loved ones that are no longer with us)
When you're talking about soldiers that have died on the battlefield, you would say: “Pamiętaj o tych którzy polegli”
