No, his grandpa was Serbian. There is nothing about his father's nationality, except that he (the father) left his family (wife-Jovanka and son-Klaudiusz) and moved from Poland to Germany (maybe he was Silesian-German).
Klaudiusz's grandma Hildegarda left Poland (Silesia area) for Yugoslavia about 50 years earlier to be with her Serbian husband but after 3 years she returned to Poland with her then 3 yrs old daughter- Jovanka Sevkovic.
Klaudiusz's surname is after his mum's maiden surname (Sevkovic) ; his mum together with grandma were the only ones to rise him.
