Could someone translate this extract from my textbook please?

-Masz prawo jazdy?
-Nie mam
-To po ci samochód?
-Zbieram go, rozbieram...znów zbieram, znów rozbieram.

I'll help you with the first bit (sorry... still learning myself)...

- Do you have a driving license?
- No, I don't

Then what do you need a car for?
