Are you sure it is 'Padadlina' not 'Padlina"?

Well it is not so funny afretall. Padlina means carcass, which is a dead body laying somewhere . Try typing in PADLINA in google images, you will see what's that

it is not nice - if it is meant that way - but Padlina a nickname may come from a verb padać (to fall) - if she drinks heavily it is not difficult to imagine she often has difficulty walking (especially climbing stairs) - further on it is not easy to imagine that they have witnessed her falling over/down while drunk - in that case the nickname they gave her maybe just a sort of word play (padać - upadła - padlina) - in this case it is not as malicious/vile as it first seems - such word-play nicknames are quite common with Poles by the way (I give 70 per cent probability that my explanation fits the reality)

I agree with this clever explanation. Good work, gumish.

gówniarka is rather uncommon I'd say - one can say it is a derivative of gówniara

gówniara is common though (just as gówniarz which is the same but for a male)

gówniara is an epithet to emphasise young age of a (female) person and thus her irresponsibility/insensibility and/or other in...ties ;) it is not always as derogatory as it apears at first, often not used with strong emotional overtone just slightly dissmisive (you can judge it by the tone and expression of the speaker)

the word/name alludes to the person still shitting her pants (gówno is turd in Polish)

some interesting word of similar meaning is 'gówniażeria' - which is a collective name to a bunch (set) of young (too young for ...,young and irresponsible, etc etc) individuals (of one or both sexes ;)
