We'll turn up (appear) with the Irish woman, she asked and I hope we'll see you (plural).
That's how I read it, but everything after the question mark looks like it was written by someone either with dyslexia or having big trouble with their mobile phone.
That or they've already 'turned up for a drink'. :-)
