Translate Polish wedding pronouncement

I have a friend who is performing a wedding this weekend. The groom's parents speak NO English. He would like to know how to say: "I now pronounce you husband and wife, in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit". Can someone please help? Thanks...J Kulesza

But wait for some other ways of saying it. I might be wrong.
