Translate the word "splenda"

I work as an aid for a Hospice agency. We have a 93 years old Polish woman who is passing right now, she keeps saying a few certain words over and over, one of the words she constantly is chanting is SPLENDA. Like the sugar substitute. Her daughter thinks it could be polish. Would someone know what she might be saying and be able to translate for me? Thank you...Bess
