Wedding Invitation that requires translation please.

I need help!

I am getting married in October to a wonderful man named Pawel.
As a surprise for his family (especially his mother) I wanted to have some of our invitations printed in Polish. Unfortunately Pawel can speak it and read a little but can not write it. I was wondering if anyone on here could help me translate my invitation into Polish. I want to thank anyone who helps in advance...THANK YOU!!!

I have been invited to a wedding in Poland and on the invitation are these words:

Zakochani i swiadomi,
ze ich milosc to nie wiatr,
Maja zaszczyt zawiadomic
ze chca razem isc przez swiat.

Reception Immediately Following...Po uroczystosci zaslubin zapraszamy serdecznie Sz.P. na przyjecie weselne, ktore odbedzie sie w....(give address-if same...end with przyjecie weselne)
