This is a make-up artist, I believe, for instance in a theatre, but what about one for the general public? Cosmetician and beautician are too general, aren't they. The wisażysta deals only with the face (French visage).

Hair too. 'Makeover Artist' is quite close. 'Hair and Beauty Stylist' is also possible.

A friend does this for lady politicians etc, before TV appearances.
