"Jeśli mogę, proszę pozwól mi wiedzieć." (?) Actually I don't know what that sentece would exactly mean. It doesn't make sense to me :-p

I would send you a text but I don't think that I can anymore. "Wysłałbym ci tekst, ale nie wiem, czy jeszcze mogę." or "Wysłałbym ci tekst, ale nie sądzę, że jeszcze mogę." If I can, would you please let me know. "Jeśli mogę, to proszę powiedz mi" But I'm not sure what you meant as well... :P
