ZONING PO POLSKU?

In the US zonign laws are very important. They ban petrol staitons in residential neighbourhoods and factories nears parks or recreationalareas. Is there a word for zoning in Polish? I have noticed that the practice is rather shaky -- small busiensses, shops, travel agencies, barber shops, etc. are set up in private homes probably due to the limited business infrastructure.

Well.. "zone laws" would be "prawa strefowe" but I'm not sure if it's being called like that.. probably not because google spouts some random rubbish..

More likely due to limited founds. Its cheaper to set up business at home - no rental costs.

Have you not heard of 'working from home' or 'home visits'
