My boyfriend was adopted from an orphanage in Poland when he was 4. He would like to track down his birth parents. He was born in Szczytno, august 23, 1987.

Was his name changed after he was adopted? Is he allowed to see his birth certificate?

Yes his name was changed and he doesn't have is birth certificate..... but I will ask him when he gets home this weekend exactly what information he has. Thanx.... I'd love to be able to help him track down some information for his birthday coming up.
