Hey, I'm adopted from Poznan and really would lika to have some information about my biological family. Can anyone help me?
I've tried nasza-klasa and so on.
My name when I lived in Poland (only 2 months, from december 92 to february 91) was Monika Pawlak.
And in my papers it stands that my mothers name is Agnieszka Pawlak, and my fathers name is Robert giebocki (or something).
I had a grandpa, I think his name was Edmund Pawlak and I have a sister. But I don't think she knows that I exist.
Please, help me.
What shall I do?

Feel free to add or contact me if you have som information! SNAILZ@live.se

I sent you a private message. Hopefully you got it okay.. Send me a reply, when you get a few free minutes.

Do you have any more information about your background ?

Maybe an age range, for your biological mother and father ?

I'll do a little searching on Nasza-Klasa, to see if I can find anything that stands out.

chat later....

I did a search for Edmund Pawlak in Poznań - 4 results.

But I see you already posted a message on his page (profile).

Did Edmund get back with you ? Did you get a reply ?

If not, maybe the possibility exists, that Edmund does not speak or understand "english." Maybe he doesn't understand the significance of your message.

Found this. But don't get excited. Would you happen to know how old your mother was - at least a rough idea.

Pleased to hear it.. I'm still working to find my grandmother's side of the family. I've had a lot of help, but keep hitting a brick wall. Time to write a few letters -
