I am looking for Wonces, Poland

I am looking for a Polish town that no longer exists. My great grandparents were from Wonces, Poland around 1890. Can anyone tell me were Wonces was and what the current name of the town is?

could be you are lookin for Wąsosz or Wąchock - never heard of Wonces

There are many similar like Wonieść for example.

Bernie, could you tell us more details, like what part of Poland it was?

Have you ever seen the name in print or only heard it mentioned? In the latter case, it might have e'been something like Łączka or Łącko.
