Best way to find a person in Sosnowiec, Poland?

I am trying to find a person living in Poland. Last known address was in Sosnowiec, about 25 years ago. I am not even sure about the correct spelling concerning the surname. white pages? Is there other accessible archives or databases?

Surname spelling could be Zuwata or żuwała, or similar ? Does that seems possible?
Other suggestions?
