CODFORD camp 1948

I won a baby show in sep 1948 and have just found an old newsletter which covers more than the baby show. It is yellowing and frail and the letters are small old typing. There are lots of different names on the newsletter so I am going to find out how to put the paper on this thread. There are two sides and I recognise `national union of agricultural workers` on side 2. I was looking for my dad`s resettlement camp and codford is at the bottom of side 2. I now think that he was there for training in making and repairing shoes. He was Jan Dħbek and settled in Liverpool. Other people might find this useful. I need to get this translated. Does anyone know how to do this please
