Example Birth Certificate

My grandfathers birth certificate should arrive anyday now and I am very excited.. He was born 1924 in Poland and not the year we have recorded here.. What information can be found on these is it the same as in England or does it differ? Anyone have an example one? I just want it now !! lol

On the 'shortened' version, they state the date and place of birth, name of parents and mother's maiden name. Good luck!
