Question for the formun, moved from OZ few months ago, live in Malta now. I believe that I am a dual citizen. I have my US passport I was born there, and I have two Polish papers my Polish birth certificate and paper showing that both my parents are Polish. For me to obtain my Polish passport do I need another paper stating that I am a citizen, or does the birth certificate accomplish that? Thanks for any help Chris

No, you still need confirmation of your citizenship from the Wojewoda in Warsawa - the nearest Polish Consulate can help you with this. It can take ages but it's speeded up if you can go visit them in Warsaw personally.
