How can I obtain the address and the Priest or next in command at the St.Peter & Paul church In Nowy Zmigrod ?

I am having my request translated in to Polish.

However, how do I know if the Priest or the next in command would do the search for me ?

What would be a recommended gratuity for this request ?

I only want to know what village my great grandfather came from in Hungary.

His death certificate should show his birth place. My best guess would be that he died
about 1880-1900 ?

This is on the assumption or best guess that men married at the age of 25; and had a life span of 50-60 Years ?

Once again; thank you so much for helping me obtain the address of the church.
