Trying to find an old friend from Wrexham college of Art.

Czesc,

I was wondering if anybody here might be able to help me. I was a student at wrexham college of art and design between the years 2000-2004 and was very good friends with a girl there who is polish and who's family had lived in either the Ellesmere area in shropshire or Bangor-on-dee (Bangor-is-y-coed) North Wales in the united kingdom for many years. Unfortunately I can't remember her surname either but her christian name was Rebecca, I had a letter from her a few years ago but never got chance to read it as my partner of the time was very jealous about me having friends and burnt the letter so I have no way of getting back in touch. I was wondering if you could give me any ideas on how to trace her through local Polish communities or online Polish communities in this location maybe. I have tried looking on the internet (friends reunited etc.) but had no luck. Any help would be gratefully recieved, it would be so nice to catch up with her again.
