Simple Polish Stories - Where can I find these on the Internet?

There seems to be a startling dearth of learning resources on the Net when it comes to Polish.

Does anybody know of anywhere on the Internet where you can read short simple stories in Polish (simple as in: 'the cat sat on the mat') and if there are any sites that offer more detailed stories as you progress?

Thank you Sausage, this is much appreciated - will try and listen to it later when the room isn't being filled with the sound of tankfire (my sister got a new game for Xmas I think).
