wysyłać, is this the right word?

I'm going to send an email asking if someone want me to send a book to someone in the mail. Is wysyłać the right verb to use?
My dictionary has 7 words for send :/

Yes but you know there are different endings, write It yourself and next post here the whole emial, so somebody will check If that's correct.

This is the sentence.

What i'm trying to write is: Do you want me to send the book to you or bring it next time in warsaw.

ci is the sloppy-informal version of "Tobie"

actually "ci" is a normal pronoun that equals "tobie"

Wysłać ci tę książkę pocztą czy przywieźć, gdy będę w Warszawie? = should I send the book to you by mail or bring it with me when I go to Warsaw?

Wysłać książkę tobie czy Monice? = should I send the book to you or to Monika?

in the second example the pronoun is accented (there's the so-called "sentence stress" or whatever it's called in English) - you have to stress what you're asking about.
So if you want to know if
a/ to send
or
b/ to bring,
those words are stressed and you use the "weak" form of the pronoun (hence "ci")

But if you want to know if
a/ to send it to that person (which is referred as "you")
or
b/ to send it to Monika,
the words "you" and "Monika" are stressed and in that case you have to use the "strong" form of the pronoun (hence "tobie")

Tobie (with big T at the beginning) is just a polite form, used in written texts (like letters or other ceremonial messages), but it's not necessary, I never get offended when someone writes to me "tobie/ci" instead of "Tobie/Ci"

I would have thought it should have a proper beginning to make this a prpoper sentence. Something like 'czy ja mam wyslac ci te ksiazke...' to me, at least, sounds more natural. Przynosic is also correct in the sense of someone carrying something to someone so on meeting someone it could well be the verb przyniesc.

don't use "ja" because verb "mam" already indicates who.

Also, when addressing a person always use capital letter not "ci" but "Ci"

I thought I should mention a couple of things while we are discussing those verbs:

wysyłać means to send

This is where all the 'fun' begins, all right maybe not fun but these are the verbs which can be very difficult to learn. There are many verbs depending on their form which can indicate weather the activity we are referring to is 'finished' or 'unfinished'

eg.
wysyłać means more or less 'sending' in a sense the activity has been 'performed' but not necessarily finished.

Kiedy wysyłałem (verb. wysyłać) list do domu.... - When I was sending a letter home...

wysłać means 'to send' meaning that actual activity has been 'performed' and accomplished.

Kiedy wysłałem (ver. wysłać) list do domu... - When I sent the letter home...

And przynosić is to bring it to someone?

same thing with this verb:
przynosić (unfinished) eg. Ja przynosiłem - I was bringing...
przynieść (finished) eg. Ja przyniosłem - I brought...
