Company based in glasgow looking for Female Polish company secretary. Dealing in business within poland,germany,usa,canada and some other countries.must know polish and german language. Minimum Education:some collage Duties :morn 9.00am to even 5.00pm Making calls to diffrent clients in diffrent countries. Aranging meetings with clients. Answering all international phone calls. Keeping all files and folders up to date. Benefits:company will provide accamodation with half rent. company will provide pick and drop service. Fasi - you're never to get away with that advert. Besides it looks like the person will be dealing with mostly telephones so why would you need to know what they looked like now?

Polish law allows for the use of photos but not in the UK. It's discrimination in this day and age to single out groups. It's like allowing only females to be nurses when more and more men are applying to be that.

I doubt it very much, so not only are you asking for photos which is not legal, you are advertising a job that is based in Great Britain abroad. tut tut... fasi Minimum Education some collage accamodation expereince . I think you should ask for a secretary with a little bit more than a minimum education if you expect them to correct your mistakes.

Political correctness gone mad. Seriously... I would want to know that someone presents in a professional neat and appropriate manner. If I cannot see what they look like before hand, then i am not interested. If I had a shop, I would certainly hire a beautiful women to attract the customers in the same manner that beautiful women are used as models on billboards... It is just good business. A secretary is a little different if they are not facing the public, I would still want a women who can present herself in a neat and tidy manner, without piercings all over the place and tattoos etc. I am not knocking anyone who has them other than to say i would prefer that my employees did not. A bit bigoted? Probably, but I do not care if I do not measure up to today's standards of political correctness at every single turn, because I think it is way too prevalent and people are not allowed to say what they really think without others trying to misconstrue the meaning.
