Looking to recruit from Poland in my bar restaurant in Italy

I wondered if anyone on site can give me any pointers for recruiting staff from Poland to work in my bar restaurant in Italy, I have worked with Poles before ( in London )and have another member of staff joining us this year from Poland but would like to recruit more.

I am looking for experienced staff who will be working with full documents and papers.

If anyone has any thoughts perhaps they could PM me.
